You are currently reading the privacy statement of healinggrasp.com. healinggrasp.com is the sole proprietorship of Birds WG (legal name P. Stavrou) healer, teacher, artist, writer. 

My company operates according to the following aims and values: 

-    as a channel for nourishing Personal Growth, Art and Spirituality and promoting good health and well-being for body-mind-soul through holistic healing practices, energy body work and creativity
-    responsible for nourishing and encouraging healing, personal growth, spiritual connection, personal knowledge and awareness, authenticity, respect, conscious living, creative exploration and expansion, compassion, freedom, transcendental experiences and meaningful, revealing and rewarding encounters with oneself and the Other.
-    committed to supporting the authenticity and spiritual legitimacy of people of all gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship or family structures.
-    with a professional contract to consciously contribute to the creation of the new earth, for peace, happiness and connection, actively empowering people to be closer to their higher, unique selves and to live meaningful rewarding lives from a place of awareness, intentionality, good health and joy.

The above aims and values are manifested in: one-to-one healing sessions as well as webinars, workshops, talks, classes, courses, art & performance projects, retreats, essays, articles, books and other written material. You will also find written material in my blog for education purposes and for spiritual & creative inspiration/expansion. 

Data is collected in my work. It is therefore good that you know what is being done with it and how you can indicate your wishes with regard to your data. That is what this statement is about.

2. Purpose data

Personal data is collected by healinggrasp.com for a number of purposes. These are explained below. 

Sending newsletters
healinggrasp.com sends e-mail newsletters up to 12 times a year (monthly). These newsletters are on the one hand commercial and on the other hand aimed at sharing knowledge. Your first name and email address are collected for sending the newsletter when:
-    you have contacted me via email regarding the services of my company
-    you have signed up for a newsletter yourself via the sign up buttons and formson the website.
-    you have asked to sign up orally or by text.

Make contact
Your data will be collected if you contact healinggrasp.com via the subscription form on the website. However, this form only asks for your name and email address. This information is only used to contact you by healinggrasp.com for the purposes of sending you the newsletter.

 

Analytics
The website of healinggrasp.com collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is so not bound to your personal information. It is the type of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot. All data will only be processed with your explicit permission and for the implementation of the agreements that are entered into, or because processing is necessary to put you in contact with potential relations and / or contractors.

Mailchimp
The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. The moment you sign up for the newsletter or create an account on the website of healinggrasp.com, your e-mail address and first name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.

Wix
The email from healinggrasp.com is hosted by Wix. If you contact us via any website forms or via e-mail, those e-mails might be stored on the Wix Netherlands server.

WeTransfer
Any audio recordings and video recordings that need to be send to you will be sent to you via WeTransfer. The recording is therefore temporarily on the WeTransfer server.

4. Storage period

Your data will be stored for a longer period of time by healinggrasp.com but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your data longer by virtue of a legal regulation. 

Sending newsletters
Your e-mail address and name are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is for an indefinite period of time. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link below the newsletters.

Make contact
The moment you contact healinggrasp.com via e-mail, then the data that you send, such as your name and e-mail address, is stored on the mail server for an indefinite period.

Analytics
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored within Google Analytics for an indefinite period of time.

No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data managed by healinggrasp.com or by the aforementioned third parties are only accessible through the above software.

In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the www.healingrasp.com website is private. You can recognize this protection by the green lock before the URL.

8. Special Note

NOTICE REGARDING DRAWINGS OF THOUGHT FORMS
At the end of every type of session (one to one sessions, healing workshops, webinars, courses, retreats), I might make drawings of the thought form/forms released during the session, a copy of which you can always take with you. I also keep a copy of these drawings. By booking and attending any healing grasp event you agree to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of those drawings to be used in any broadcast, transmission, and publishing media (websites, articles and books included), as a means to share information that can be beneficial to others and to promote events by healinggrasp.com in the future. Any public display of those drawings in any of the above mentioned ways will always be strictly anonymous.  

NOTICE REGARDING RECORDINGS
Audio recordings from talks, webinars and any other live and online event will be used only for the 
purposes of record keeping, quality improvement, and research purposes. Part of the recordings 
might be reproduced publicly in written material such as books, articles, essays, websites and 
blogs.
