Healing Grasp operates according to the following aims and values:

 

• as a channel for nourishing Personal Growth, Art and Spirituality and promoting good health and well-being for body-mind-soul through holistic healing practices, energy body work and creativity

• responsible for nourishing and encouraging healing, personal growth, spiritual connection, personal knowledge and awareness, authenticity, respect, conscious living, creative exploration and expansion, compassion, freedom, transcendental experiences and meaningful, revealing and rewarding encounters with oneself and the Other.

• committed to supporting the authenticity and spiritual legitimacy of people of all gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship or family structures.

• with a professional contract to consciously contribute to the creation of the new earth, for peace, happiness and connection, actively empowering people to be closer to their higher, unique selves and to live meaningful rewarding lives from a place of awareness, intentionality, good health and joy.

 

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use healing grasp.com website and services as offered by Healing Grasp.

This website offers visitors: one-to-one healing sessions as well as webinars, workshops, talks, classes, courses, art projects, retreats. You will also find written material in my blog for education purposes and for spiritual & creative inspiration/expansion. By accessing or using the website or the services offered on it, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2) Cookies

Healing Grasp employs the use of cookies. By using Healing Grasp’s website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Healing Grasp’s privacy policy.

Most of the modern-day interactive web sites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting.

 

3) Use of website & services

When buying a service, you agree that:

 

• You are responsible for reading the full-service item listing before making a commitment to buy it.

• The prices I charge for using my services are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

• All sessions are paid upon booking (within 24 hours from the time you reserve the session), unless otherwise arranged. Bookings are only confirmed after payment has come through. Bookings are automatically cancelled if payment or confirmation of payment has not been made within 24 hours.

• Bookings are nonrefundable, but they are transferable (to another date/time or to another person).

• For cancellations within 24 hours prior to the session bookings are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

• The content of the website and services is not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not meant to replace any other medical or alternative medicine care of your choice.

• You are responsible for you own comfort and self-care during the use of services and website.

• I may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

• You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

• There are parts of this website where you might have the ability to upload content (images, audio, text ...) for disclosure on this site. It is important that the issuer of such content certifies that he has all the legal rights and/or necessary licenses over the content and that such content might be public available. You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third-party rights.

 

5) Modifications of terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at my sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When I change the Terms in a material manner, I will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or my services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

 

6) Newsletters and promotional material

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. 

 

7) User Comments

Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity to users to join a community. All users that join a community are required to have a public profile that is publicly visible to site visitors, and that their public activity (such as their posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. A user of the website can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. Naturally, in such event the user will not be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting or writing posts).

Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. Healing Grasp does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Healing Grasp.

At the end of every type of session (one to one sessions, healing workshops, webinars, courses, retreats), I might make drawings of the thought form/forms released during the session, a copy of which you can always take with you. I also keep a copy of these drawings. By booking and attending any healing grasp event you agree to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of those drawings to be used in any broadcast, transmission, and publishing media (websites, articles and books included), as a means to share information that can be beneficial to others and to promote events by healinggrasp.com in the future. Any public display of those drawings in any of the above-mentioned ways will always be strictly anonymous.

There might be audio during talks, webinars and sometimes even sessions for the purpose of record keeping, quality improvement and research. Parts of the recordings might be reproduced publicly in written material such as books, articles, essays and blogs. You will be always notified in advance when such recordings are taking place.
